Life is simple. We all study and learn from mentors, teachers, schools, colleges, and universities. But some of life's greatest lessons come from experiences beyond the classroom.

Traveling to different cities and countries, trying new foods, adapting to unfamiliar cultures, and facing harsh weather conditions teach us resilience, adaptability, and a deeper understanding of life. These experiences shape our character in ways that books often cannot.

For children especially, travel is a powerful form of education. It teaches them to value family, spend meaningful time together away from the distractions of busy city life, appreciate different perspectives, and embrace new experiences with confidence. It helps them grow with curiosity, gratitude, and a stronger sense of connection to the people they love.

Sometimes, the best education comes not from a classroom, but from the journey itself.

Best to you and your family on the journey, Caroline. Will certainly miss your pithy presentation at BTech, I’ve been watching since it was Bloomberg West with Emily & Corey. Saw your live event at CES/Vegas earlier this year; while waiting in a long line to enter, the gentleman in front of me wondered, why such a big turnout? I explained: Caroline Hyde! Not to dis Palmer/Alexis, but you are also great at what you do.
